All images on the website are copyrighted to the suppliers of the products. Permission is provided to use the images solely for the purpose of selling the products, therefore, you are not allowed to use any images.

Unfortunately, we do not have a store you can visit.

When placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive this, please contact us and we will send it again.

We aim to get your order packed and sent within 1-2 working days, although at busy times such as Christmas, it may be a little longer. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like an update. Most orders are dispatched using Royal Mail which usually takes 2-5 working days but please allow 7 days. Some orders are sent using couriers which normally take 1-2 working days. We will notify you with any tracking information if it is available.

Please allow longer for overseas orders.

There are some items that come directly from the vendors and as such may be delivered in separate parcels. Where this is the case, we will usually inform you.

We deliver mainly within mainland UK which is free shipping. Personalised products can only be delivered within the UK.

We are trialling overseas deliveries and as such, not everything can be delivered. Over time, we will be adding information regarding shipping on each item. Unfortunately, we do have to charge for overseas shipping which varies depending on the item. Once you have entered your shipping information, the delivery charge will show which starts at £2.00 rising to a maximum of £8.00.
